In support of the Ricondo team, Estudio assisted in the development of the overall image and vision of JFK International Airport. The team helped to shape the aesthetic of the project by producing images of the Master Plan and Terminal One (T1).

Estudio was retained by Pacific Gateway Concessions to help envision and develop concept images for the MSY Retail RFQ package in New Orleans, Terminal North. Estudio completed The Breakfast Klub at the Houston International Airport – Terminal A in early January 2017. The opening of The Breakfast Klub brings Houston’s favorite comfort kitchen to the world stage, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to passengers from around the world.
Estudio completed the Art of the World Gallery in Houston Texas in October of 2016. The gallery is currently displaying an impressive collection of art and sculpture from Fernando Botero, a world renowned Latin American artist.
eStudio is working with Novel Creative Development for the re-design of the 550 micro-unit condominium in East Downtown Houston. The IVY looks to bring urban style micro-living to Houston with units ranging from 400SF to 2,000SF and views overlooking downtown, George R. Brown and BBVA Dynamo stadium. The scope includes
